The shipment of the order from the Store is carried out via:

Orders placed in the Store are processed only on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The waiting time for a shipment is usually: from 2 to 5 business days. The waiting time includes the order processing time, which is the assembly of the Products for the order, and the estimated delivery time, which is from 24 hours in the case of Poland.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Upon receiving the shipment delivered by the courier, the Customer should carefully check the contents and completeness of the shipment, the condition of the outer packaging, and the condition of the ordered Product in the presence of the courier. In the case of damage to the shipment, the Customer should draw up a damage report with the courier, in two identical copies signed by both the Customer and the courier.

There is an option for personal pickup of the ordered Product at the stationary Store located at: ul. Rolna 92, 05-830 Kajetany, Poland.
